Please read the following terms and conditions before placing any order. 

► Lead time

Since we only start making the goods after received the order, the lead time is about 7 working days. If you are urgently need the goods, please DO NOT place the order online, but contact us directly by Facebook Inbox or email (info@akirshop.com)      

►About flaws

- Color difference: Every computers, laptops, mobile phones, tablets have color difference. All colors based on actual items.

- Size difference：0.5-1cm size difference。

- Our pearls are 100% natural fresh water pearls and natural Tahiti black pearls, so all the pearls are not exactly the same. 

► Return policy 

If the size of the goods are not suitable, please contact us WITHIN 7 DAYS, If the size of the goods are not suitable, please contact us WITHIN 7 DAYS, if 7 days have gone by since your purchase (counts from the delivery date of recipient) , we won't be able to offer you a modification.  Buyers have to bear the delivery charges for both ways.
