Q2      How long we can get the goods after placed order?

A :  Since we only start making the goods after received the order, the lead time is about 7 working days. If you are urgently need the goods, please DO NOT place the order online, but contact us directly by Facebook Inbox or email (info@akirshop.com)             

      After finished the goods, we will take photos to buyers and then send the goods by registered post to Local customers/ by air mail to overseas customers.  

 

Q3      Once we received the goods and found the size are not suitable, what can we do?

A If the size of the goods are not suitable, please contact us WITHIN 7 DAYS, If the size of the goods are not suitable, please contact us WITHIN 7 DAYS, if 7 days have gone by since your purchase (counts from the delivery date of recipient) or lost of receipts or proof of purchase, we won't be able to offer you a modification.  Buyers have to bear the delivery charges for both ways.
